We do a Circuit Training for Boxing workout in this video. This particular circuit really prepared me for boxing matches when I was competing in amateur boxing. We do 5 sets, each exercise is performed for 15 seconds with a 30 second break between sets.
We start off with bicycle kicks for abs, push-ups, then mountain climbers, we get into punching with short hops, then move into burpees, and finally finish off with the shoeshine.
Do this boxing workout at the end of your workout to top up your overall output, or do it at the beginning to really push your raw conditioning.
